Detailed Report
Lenovo has officially launched the ThinkPad T14 Gen 7, quietly replacing last year’s ThinkPad T14 Gen 6. The laptop was first shown at MWC 2026, but sales have now started in select markets.
The entry-level model includes an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor. It comes with 16GB of LPCAMM2 memory and a 256GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD. The standard model also includes a 60Wh battery and a 14-inch IPS display with 1200p resolution.
For now, the ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 is limited to Intel Panther Lake processors. AMD versions are not yet available, though they are expected to include options up to Ryzen AI 7 Pro 450.
Lenovo is offering eight Intel processor choices at launch. These include the Core Ultra 5 332 vPro, 335 vPro, 338H vPro, Core Ultra 7 355, 365 vPro, 356H, and the top-end Core Ultra X7 358H. Memory can be configured up to 64GB. Storage options go up to a 2TB PCIe Gen 5 SSD.
Buyers can upgrade to a 2.8K OLED display with brightness of up to 500 nits. The OLED panel also supports a variable refresh rate from 30Hz to 120Hz. Optional features include NFC, a fingerprint reader, an IR webcam, 4G WWAN connectivity, and a larger 75Wh battery. Lenovo is also offering a 100W USB Type-C charger as an optional accessory.
At launch, the Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 is not yet available in North America, where Lenovo has listed it as coming soon. The laptop is currently available in other regions, starting at $1823 in the UK. Across Europe, pricing ranges between $2009 and $2138, depending on the selected configuration.
