OnePlus Unveils World’s Thinnest Magnetic Phone Cooler Measuring Only 9.8mm

OnePlus has introduced the Magnetic Ice Cooling Clip alongside the OnePlus 15T, positioning it as the world’s thinnest magnetic smartphone cooler. The accessory is priced at $26 and can easily fit into your pocket, even when attached to a phone.

The Magnetic Ice Cooling Clip features a compact, power bank-like design. It measures 87.6 x 62 x 9.8mm at its thinnest point, with some areas extending to 11.9mm, and weighs 68 grams.

The device is built using PC and aluminum alloy materials and includes an indicator light system. It attaches magnetically to smartphones with a holding force rated up to 10N, ensuring a secure fit.

Cooling System and Performance The cooler uses a thermoelectric cooling (TEC) module combined with a curved progressive air duct and a pressurized low-noise centrifugal fan.

The air duct is designed to draw cool air from the top while expelling hot air from the side, helping maintain user comfort during extended use.

It supports two cooling modes. Silent mode reduces noise for tasks such as streaming and photography, while performance mode delivers maximum cooling for gaming and heavy workloads.

Noise levels are rated at 22dB in silent mode and 36dB in performance mode.

The Magnetic Ice Cooling Clip supports both Android and iPhone devices through its magnetic attachment system.

It also includes Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to adjust settings through ColorOS X mode. The device operates via a USB Type-C connection with a maximum power input of 5V/3A.
