Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ Arrives With 3x Zoom Camera, Fast Charging, and IP69 Waterproofing

Motorola has expanded its Edge 70 series with the launch of the Edge 70 Fusion+. The new model largely shares its specifications with the standard Edge 70 Fusion but introduces an updated camera system.

The device features a combination of high-resolution sensors, including a 50MP main camera based on Sony’s Lytia 710 sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP front-facing camera.

The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ features a 6.8-inch quad curved AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. It is available in Pantone Orient Blue and Pantone Blue Surf color options.

The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, the same processor used in the Indian version of the Edge 70 Fusion that launched recently.

The device runs Android 16 and comes in a single configuration with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ introduces a revised camera system compared to the regular Edge 70 Fusion.

The rear setup includes a 50MP main camera using the Lytia 710 sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera that supports 3x optical zoom.

For selfies and video calls, the phone includes a 50MP front-facing camera.

The Edge 70 Fusion+ is equipped with a 5,200 mAh battery and supports 68W wired fast charging. The device is already available for purchase in Brazil with a retail price of $571.
