Under the scheme, electric bikes will be provided to students, working women and other citizens on easy installments to facilitate their daily travel for education, employment and other activities.
Bugti said the distribution of electric bikes will be carried out through a transparent balloting process. Citizens from across the province will be able to submit their applications online, allowing residents of all districts to participate in the scheme.
He said the electric bikes will have a travel range of 70 to 100 kilometers, making them suitable for routine commuting needs.
