Detailed Report
Hisense has launched the 2027 G7 Pro, a 27-inch Mini LED gaming monitor with dual resolution and refresh rate modes.
The Hisense G7 Pro uses a Fast IPS panel with a 16:9 aspect ratio and allows users to switch between two display modes. The monitor supports 4K resolution at 180Hz or 1080p resolution at 360Hz.
It features a 1,152-zone Mini LED backlight system with VESA DisplayHDR 1400 certification and peak brightness reaching 2,000 nits.
To reduce glare, Hisense equipped the display with what it calls an Obsidian screen finish. The company said the dual-layer anti-reflective coating reduces reflectivity to 1.8% to help maintain deeper black levels in bright environments.
The panel also uses a quantum dot enhancement layer, supports 10-bit color through 8-bit plus FRC, and covers 99% of the DCI-P3, sRGB, and Adobe RGB color spaces.
For gaming, the monitor offers a 1ms gray-to-gray response time with overdrive enabled, AMD FreeSync Premium support, and Black Frame Insertion technology for improved motion clarity.
Gaming tools include virtual crosshairs, timers, and dark scene enhancement features.
The G7 Pro includes two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 connection, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
It also features a built-in KVM switch along with two USB-A ports, one USB-B upstream port, and a full-function USB-C port capable of delivering up to 90W charging.
The monitor uses a hexagonal stand with height, tilt, swivel, and 90-degree pivot adjustments. It also supports 75 x 75mm VESA wall mounting.
Hisense will offer the monitor in Moon Shadow Gray and Glacier White color options.
The monitor has a starting price of $440 in China.
