New Date Confirmed for Postponed Matric Exams in Punjab City

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Faisalabad has announced a new date for the postponed Matriculation and Class IX Group-II examinations across Faisalabad division.

According to an official notification issued on Thursday, the papers earlier scheduled for May 6, 2026 will now be conducted on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM.

Chairperson BISE Faisalabad and Commissioner Faisalabad Division Musarrat Jabeen said all candidates must appear at their previously assigned examination centers according to the revised schedule.

The board administration clarified that students will be allowed to appear in the postponed examinations using their already issued roll number slips and no new slips will be issued.

Chairperson Musarrat Jabeen advised students to reach their examination centers before the commencement of papers and strictly follow examination instructions issued by the board.

According to BISE Faisalabad, all administrative arrangements for the postponed examinations have been finalized to ensure transparent, peaceful and organized conduct of papers. The board administration also urged parents and educational institutions to guide students regarding the revised examination schedule to avoid confusion.
