BISP Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid chaired a one-hour live E-Katcheri session at BISP headquarters in Islamabad, attended by Director Generals and other senior officials.
During the session, 27 callers from across the country connected directly with the Chairperson and presented their individual complaints and concerns to her in real time.
Senator Khalid directed concerned authorities to resolve all issues within the stipulated timeframe, stating that no negligence in handling beneficiary complaints would be tolerated.
