In another development for Pakistan’s auto industry, Chery Master Pakistan has confirmed plans to expand its lineup with the introduction of new models, including an electric vehicle.
The announcement comes as the company continues to build its presence in the local market, where its current lineup consists of the Tiggo 7, Tiggo 8, and Tiggo 9 plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), positioning the brand within the hybrid SUV segment.
Speaking to OLX Motors, Chery Master Pakistan Chief Executive Officer Samir Malik said the company is now preparing to further expand its portfolio with additional models aimed at a broader segment of buyers.
He said the company plans to launch the Tiggo 4 and the QQ3 electric vehicle in Pakistan. He added that the Tiggo 4 is expected next year, while the QQ3 EV is likely to be introduced within the next five to six months.
Malik said the upcoming launches reflect the company’s broader strategy to diversify its offerings by introducing both conventional and electric vehicles while strengthening its position in Pakistan’s evolving automotive market.
The expansion comes at a time when automakers are increasingly focusing on hybrid and electric vehicles in Pakistan, amid growing interest in fuel-efficient and alternative energy mobility solutions.
