NADRA Shifts From Paper-Based to Digital Platform With Integrated Identity Services

The National Database and Registration Authority launched a revamped official website aimed at transforming how citizens access identity services, data and support. The new platform is designed as a fully integrated digital system.

The website offers easier access to key services such as CNIC, NICOP, POC, FRC, CRC and other certification processes for both local and overseas Pakistanis. NADARA, as an organization, is moving away from manual processes toward a comprehensive biometric identity framework. The platform reflects NADRA’s broader shift from traditional paper-based systems to one of the world’s largest biometric identity frameworks. Services are now presented in a more structured and user-friendly format.

The redesigned website includes maps functionality and online verification features for CNICs and NICOP. This allows citizens to verify identity documents digitally without visiting NADRA offices. The integrated system streamlines the application and verification process for various identity-related documents.
