Authorities were also asked to encourage local manufacturing of high-quality storage batteries to reduce reliance on imports and strengthen the domestic energy ecosystem.
Officials briefed the meeting that two pilot projects for grid-level battery storage are currently being prepared, reflecting early steps toward integrating storage solutions into the power system.
