The Federal Public Service Commission has announced 327 vacancies for allocation under the Central Superior Services (CSS) Competitive Examination 2025 across various occupational groups and services.
According to an official press note, the vacancies include 191 fresh posts and 136 carried over from previous years, bringing the total to 327 positions.
The distribution shows that 169 seats have been allocated under open merit, including general merit, while 35 seats have been reserved for women and 123 for minorities under different quota categories.

The vacancies have been distributed across multiple occupational groups, including Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), Police Service of Pakistan (PSP), Foreign Service of Pakistan (FSP), Inland Revenue Service (IRS), and Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service (PAAS), among others.
The commission stated that allocations will be made based on merit, suitability, candidates’ preferences and their respective domiciles in accordance with the CSS rules and quota system.
The announcement outlines the number of available positions ahead of final allocations, which will be determined following the declaration of CSS 2025 results.
