Hotels, restaurants, food outlets, tandoors, grocery and kiryana stores, meat shops, and vegetable vendors will also close by 10 pm.
Marriage halls, marquees, and other venues hosting events, both commercial and private, are subject to the same 10 pm deadline.
However, essential services such as pharmacies, hospitals, medical laboratories, petrol pumps, CNG stations, and milk and dairy shops are exempt from these restrictions.
Authorities have also clarified that takeaway and home delivery services will continue without any time limits.
The revised timings come as part of broader energy conservation measures introduced by the federal government amid a global fuel crisis.
Earlier, the decision to enforce early market closures was taken in a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, with similar steps later adopted in other provinces.
