The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has made it mandatory for Hajj pilgrims to fill a medical form through the Pak Hajj mobile application for Hajj 2026.
A spokesperson said the medical questionnaire has been uploaded on the app and must be completed by Friday. Pilgrims are required to answer health-related questions in “yes” or “no” format, covering conditions such as blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes.
The spokesperson said the form will help ensure better medical facilities for pilgrims, adding that information regarding asthma, arthritis and thyroid conditions is also being collected.
Separately, the ministry has added a link on the Pak Hajj app for printing Hajj visas. The Hajj flight schedule has also been made available on the mobile application.
Officials said new features and information are being added to the app in phases and advised pilgrims to regularly check the platform for updates.
