Port Qasim Launches One-Window Desk to Speed Up Export Processes

Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has established an Export Facilitation Desk to support exporters through a one-window platform, aiming to streamline export-related processes and improve coordination among stakeholders.

The initiative has been launched in line with the prime minister’s vision and on the directions of the federal minister for maritime affairs to make export operations more efficient and business-friendly.

Officials said the facilitation desk will help resolve exporters’ issues promptly, improve communication between relevant departments and ensure smoother handling of export activities at the port.

The move is expected to enhance efficiency, reduce delays and support the growth of Pakistan’s export sector, contributing to overall economic development.
