Detailed Report
Adobe and Nvidia have announced a strategic partnership aimed at developing the next generation of Adobe’s Firefly AI models, marking a major initiative as Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen prepares to step down once a successor is appointed.
Narayen, who has led Adobe since 2007, described the collaboration as part of a broader effort to reshape creative and marketing workflows using artificial intelligence.
Adobe Firefly provides access to generative AI tools for images, video, audio, and design, including models developed by Adobe as well as third-party providers such as Google and OpenAI.
Under the new agreement, Nvidia technologies will be integrated directly into Firefly. This includes CUDA-X computing libraries, Nvidia Cosmos models, and a range of agentic AI tools designed to automate content creation tasks.
As part of the partnership, Adobe and Nvidia are introducing a cloud-based 3D digital twin system designed to preserve brand identity. The system is expected to simplify advertising workflows by allowing users to create virtual replicas of products and generate images and videos without physical setups.
NVIDIA’s technology will also be incorporated across Adobe’s core applications, including Acrobat, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Frame.io, Firefly Foundry, GenStudio, and the Experience Platform.
Adobe plans to use Nvidia’s NemoClaw tool, which builds on OpenClaw with additional privacy and security features. This will support the deployment and management of AI agents such as Nvidia Nemotron, which are designed to interpret user prompts and handle research and content creation tasks automatically.
