Luke Humphries and Michael van Gerwen are among the star names who will compete at the 2026 Elten Safety Shoes European Darts Trophy, beginning on Friday.
The tournament, held in Goettingen, Germany, will also welcome star names including Gerwyn Price and Gian van Veen.
But Luke Littler, 19, who won the UK Open at the weekend for the second consecutive year, will be absent along with Nathan Aspinall, Gary Anderson and James Wade.
'The Nuke' has previously received a hostile reception from crowds in Germany, and withdrew from last year's European Darts Grand Prix, held in Sindelfingen.

In the weeks before, the world champion was booed on a Premier League night in Berlin and then booed again at the German Darts Grand Prix, in Munich.
Taking to X after the latter tournament, he said: "Shouldn't have been in Munich but had to play anyway. Next one in Germany for me is Dortmund and I am glad to say that."
The winner of the European Darts Trophy, who will compete in a final scheduled for Sunday, will scoop a £35,000 prize.
